Especially welcome:

Bug reports. An image that failed to compress, a result that missed its target, a browser where something misbehaves. Include the browser name and rough image size — but please don't email the actual photo if it's personal; a description is enough.
Portal requirements. Know an application portal with strict photo rules that we don't have a preset for? Send the specification (or a link to the official notification) and we'll consider adding it.
Corrections. If a requirement in our tables has changed in a newer notification, tell us — keeping those tables current is the most useful thing this site does.

One thing we can never help with: recovering a photo you compressed and downloaded. We don't have it — nothing you process here ever reaches us. That's the point of the site.
